Elizabeth Allen is an Occupational Therapist dedicated to improving access to lymphedema care and chronic swelling treatment throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. Through her work with patients experiencing persistent swelling, she recognized that many individuals in the region have limited access to specialized lymphedema therapy. To help bridge this gap, Elizabeth founded Lymphedema Therapy & Rehab PLLC, a mobile therapy clinic designed to bring expert care directly to patients in their homes. She believes that high-quality lymphedema care should be accessible to individuals of all functional levels, especially those who face barriers traveling to traditional outpatient clinics.
With advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and compression management, Elizabeth provides evidence-based treatment for individuals managing lymphedema, vascular swelling, lipedema, and post-surgical edema. Her mission is to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps patients achieve lasting control for chronic swelling while improving mobility, comfort, and quality of life.
